About Us
The Foundation for Animal Care and Education (FACE) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charity that provides financial grants for animal owners who are unable to afford the cost of their pet’s emergency care. Established in 2006, FACE has saved the lives of over 2,260 pets and provided resources to countless other families and individuals across San Diego county.

Who We Help
With the support of our generous donors, FACE has been able to give life-saving grants to pet owners who are unable to afford the cost of their beloved pets’ emergency veterinary care. Grantees are typically low-income families, senior citizens, veterans, military families, students, disabled individuals, and/or hardworking families and individuals who struggle to survive paycheck to paycheck.
